Getting Started

Registering on MetroOpinion is free of charge.

To become our member, you need to choose your country on the homepage. Create your account with an email address that is the same as the address that you use for the chosen payment method. This step is very important!

Check your inbox for our verification email and click the link inside. Once you verify your email, your account will be fully active and you'll be ready to start earning by completing surveys.

First, check your spam, junk, or promotions folders — emails sometimes land there. If you find it, mark it as "Not Spam" or move it to your Primary inbox to ensure you receive future updates.

Also, double-check that you registered with the correct email address. If you made a mistake, please sign up again with the right email address.

No. Email verification is required before you can log in and start earning. As soon as your email is verified, you can log in, complete your profile, and start receiving surveys that pay real money.

Log in to your account here. Once you're in, you'll be asked to update your profile. This is a quick setup that unlocks access to paid surveys.

You'll be guided through a short process where you answer a few questions about yourself and choose your preferred payment method. As soon as that's done, you'll start seeing available surveys in your dashboard.

Surveys

You won't see any surveys until you update your profile. After that, new surveys can pop up at any time, so make sure to log in regularly and check your dashboard often.

It's also important to answer surveys as honestly as possible. Your answers will determine whether you qualify for more surveys in the future.

For some surveys, a target group is set in advance based on certain characteristics that are not included in your profile with us. This is why it can occur that you are not part of a survey's target group, even though you received an email invitation for the survey.

Sometimes, there is a short pre-survey to check whether you fit the target group. If not, you'll be taken out of the survey early on. This is normal and protects the accuracy of survey results.

We always invite more people than we need to ensure the required number of participants is reached quickly.

Invitations are sent in batches, so not everyone gets them at the same time. Once the needed number of responses is reached, the survey closes — even if you've just received your invite.

Each survey link is valid for one-time use only. This prevents fraud and ensures data quality.

If you close the tab or experience inactivity, the survey will end and cannot be resumed.

Earnings

You can withdraw your earnings through trusted payment providers like PayPal, Payoneer, Airtm, or Paysera (depending on availability in your country).

Just make sure the email used for the payment account matches the one you used to register.

It depends on the topic and length. Most surveys pay between $0.50 and $3. You'll always see the amount upfront.

Bonus challenges are extra tasks, like completing 5 surveys or logging in every day, that let you earn more.

You can view all active bonuses by selecting "Bonuses" in your dashboard menu.

Your earnings are always visible on your profile. When you reach the minimum payout amount (shown on your dashboard), you can request a payout with one click.

The money will be sent to your chosen provider and typically arrives within 10 business days.

Sometimes rewards don't show instantly due to technical reasons. Once we receive confirmation of your completed survey, your account will be updated automatically.

It may take a few working days to register your payment. This is due to technical and bookkeeping processes. If your money hasn't been transferred within 10 business days, contact us at support@metroopinion.com.
